Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once your order has been dispatched, we can't cancel it — you can still return it under our Refund Policy.

How to cancel

1. Email contact@mybirdie.com.au with the subject line "CANCEL {order number}" as soon as possible.
2. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
3. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait to receive it and then follow the return process.

Changes to your order

Need to change the colour, quantity, or shipping address? Email us as fast as you can and we'll do our best. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds appear within 5–10 business days.
