Where we ship
MyBirdie currently ships across Australia and New Zealand. Delivery to remote postcodes may take longer.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $49 AUD.
- Standard shipping under $49: $7.95 AUD flat rate.
- Express shipping: $14.95 AUD flat rate — 1–3 business days to metro areas.
- New Zealand: $19.95 AUD flat rate, 5–10 business days.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you as soon as we hand off to the carrier (typically Australia Post).
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email contact@mybirdie.com.au and we'll investigate with the carrier. Items lost in transit are replaced at no cost.
